Welcome to the Student Wellbeing Page.
Meadow Heights Primary School is a School Wide Positive Behaviour School.
School-wide positive behaviour support (SWPBS) is a framework that brings together school communities to develop positive, safe, supportive learning cultures.
SWPBS assists schools to improve social, emotional, behavioural and academic outcomes for children and young people.
The framework supports schools to identify and successfully implement evidence-based whole-school practices to enhance learning outcomes for children.
SWPBS is based around our school values:
Be Proud
Be Excellent
Be Respectful
Be Responsible
Through our values we have established behaviour expectations and created a school matrix:
This is our Student Learning and Wellbeing team:
The team is available should you have any concerns around wellbeing. They can arrange student counselling, Health and Wellbeing support, referrals to external agencies and parent programs.
In addition, the HUB offers daily breakfast for students, emergency lunches and food packs.
You can contact the team by phoning the office on 9305 2033 and asking for a team member.
