The Victorian Government has stated that all students who can learn from home
must learn from home to comply with social distancing laws.

All students will be learning from home, except for children on days and sessions when they are not able to be supervised at home and absolutely no other arrangements can be made.
This will be available for children of parents who cannot work from home and vulnerable children
If you are working from home, regardless of the nature of your work, you are considered to be in a position to supervise your children. We understand the challenge that this may present for many families, however the direction is very clear that all students who can learn at home must learn from home.

ONLY complete this form if your child meets the criteria above and below:

  • children in out-of-home care
  • children deemed by Child Protection and/or Family Services to be at risk of harm
  • children identified by the school as vulnerable (including via referral from a family violence agency, homelessness or youth justice service or mental health or other health service and children with a disability).

Please note you need to complete this process weekly to ensure adequate staffing on-site.

I am requesting that my child/ren attend on-site schooling because my child/ren is/are not able to be supervised at home and no other arrangements can be made.

By submitting this form, I declare that my child/ren is/are well and I will collect my child/ren as soon as is practicable upon the request of the school if my child becomes unwell.
